You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 99hoki supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. We also accept e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your Account status and transaction history. Current deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to banking system delays. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within one hour, please contact our customer support team with transaction details.
All transactions on the 99hoki platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at prevailing market exchange rates, which may include a conversion fee charged by your financial institution.
99hoki does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or charges, for which we are not responsible.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification, and you must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or payment methods registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account tier and status.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during business hours. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
99hoki does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may impose receiving or transfer fees, for which we are not responsible.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals or suspicious transaction patterns.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 99hoki are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided with each promotional offer and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before withdrawal.
99hoki strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Requesting a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Only your original deposit and winnings generated from non-bonus funds will remain eligible for withdrawal.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 99hoki. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious error.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and market type. All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual gaming session.
Live or in-play betting is subject to additional rules due to the dynamic nature of real-time odds. Bets may be delayed for acceptance, and odds may change between placement and confirmation. We reserve the right to void bets placed after a decisive event has occurred.
In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts, 99hoki reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Technical malfunctions, software errors, or communication failures may result in voiding of affected bets. We are not liable for losses resulting from such errors or malfunctions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99hoki shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. 99hoki does not guarantee winnings, profits, or any specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and their financial consequences.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of funds held in your Account at the time of the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm 99hoki or other Players. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals pending investigation.
99hoki may terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we determine that your continued use of our Services presents unacceptable risk. Upon termination, any remaining legitimate funds will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to 99hoki. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
You may request Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or create new Accounts. Legitimate funds will be returned to you after any applicable cooling-off period.
Accounts with no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee on inactive Accounts. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be closed, with remaining funds returned to your last verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our operating license jurisdiction. Where conflicts arise, the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99hoki holds its primary gaming license shall prevail.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of 99hoki Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which 99hoki holds its primary gaming license, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with 99hoki will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive the right to participate in any class action, consolidated action, or representative action against 99hoki.
